They started with Pizza on Padma's birthday, but they just couldn't wait until the Cake came out! Look at 'em go!

Pavan, Sahil, Ruhi and Medha at a birthday party. I think it was mine. Maybe. I don't know. I'm forgetting things these days. Especially my birthdays. Am i still 29? Or 35? Or ...? Who cares anyway? At least i have my good looks...What's that? Did you just say what good looks?! Now look here... No need to get all rude and everything. I'm just trying to make my way through this cruel stage we call Life and i'd appreciate a little kindness thank you very much. And the other day....

Medha, Lakshmi, Pavan and Samurai Pavan...

Just after his haircut, Pavan hams it up with Medha. She really was taller than him during this period...

St. Patrick's Day

OK. So no one is wearing green, and there's not much Irish in the Saggurti family tree. That hasn't prevented us from celebrating in the past, has it? No it hasn't because it happens to be Lakshmi's dad's birthday. :-)

The kids were excited all day in anticipation of the impending festivities. Their aunt brought juicy perfect brownies and their gramma cooked up a flavoricious pulao. A good time was had by all as these pictures will testify.

Birthday pics...

Medha and Pavan recently celebrated their 3rd birthday. And a few more big events. The first picture on the left is from their birthday when Medha wore her fairy princess outfit that her Pedamma gave her. Pavan dressed up like his hero Alphonso (who helps clean up our home).

They also got their new toddler beds. And they're enjoying them a lot. The first few days they kept rolling off the beds, but now they've learnt how to sleep on the bed without rolling off. Not to worry, we put thick sleeping bags next to their beds to soften the impact of rolling off. :-)
The other big thing is that they're going through potty training. Medha got through it before her third birthday, and Pavan did it shortly after. Here he is trying out his "Royal Potty". Seriously, that is the name of the product!

We're back, baby!

I know, I know. I have delinquent in posting pictures recently. I have an excuse. It may not be a good one, or one that I remember right now, but I have an excuse. So there!
Anyway, here are some pictures from the New Year. Enjoy...

The one on the left is of Medha in a Han-Bok, a traditional Korean dress that I picked up when I trekked out to Seoul last November.

Here are a few pictures of the fam from the christmas break.

Medha and Pavan absolutely loved their cousins' visit. I think it didnt hurt that they were showered with gifts and attention. :-)
