OK. So no one is wearing green, and there's not much Irish in the Saggurti family tree. That hasn't prevented us from celebrating in the past, has it? No it hasn't because it happens to be Lakshmi's dad's birthday. :-)The kids were excited all day in anticipation of the impending festivities. Their aunt brought juicy perfect brownies and their gramma cooked up a flavoricious pulao. A good time was had by all as these pictures will testify.
